What's new in The Sage Cottage Gardens

Yarrow! Big yellow Yarrow blooms are The Bomb! First we had a few in the greenhouse, and now they are lining up along the cottage wall. Next will be red and burgundy Yarrow blooms, perhaps in a few weeks.

Miniature Cream Roses! New to the greenhouse! These babies produce 3-11 blooms per day, and dry to an exquisite paper white tone. Serenity in a flower!

Fresh Honeysuckle! A ten bouquet order for 3" bundles just received the first of this delightful scent. We only collect the blooms from behind the barn, leaving all of the vines on the English hedge. Imagine if both could bloom at the same time, Dream Perfume.

Meadowsweet Flowers adorns many bouquets this Spring. They are beautiful, delicate, and divinely scented. Each bloom is nature's art.

This Fall one of our in-ground gardens will be protected by a hoop house. We may also create smaller greenhouses. Our goal is to grow as much as possible, mainly outdoors in natural light. All Blessings Smudge Service sales assist in keeping our gardens blooming, year round!

What's new in The Sage Cottage ✿

We're about to slice into a lovely stump of sacred Palo Santo wood. We were able to purchase it in 2019 as a back up for our own dwindling supply. This scent compliments our own homegrown favorites.

We've broken up our large crystals to prepare for the amount of crystal-bound smudge bouquet requests expected this year. All orders are receiving very pretty crystals! Fuchsite, Rose Quartz, Kyanite, Selenite, Calcite, Amethyst and many more are available! The good thing about hoarding crystals and hunting minerals is Lots and Lots of Crystals! We will be finding more minerals this year. Watch for listings featuring Drusy Jasper. We offered a few on FreedomWands in 2019 and they were a big hit!

FreedomWands Etsy shop will be two years old in June! This shop was originally opened to provide pre-made smudge, which we no longer offer at this time. Now FreedomWands is the focus of our Sage-Free smudge.

We have decided to continue to offer Intuitive services for our clients. TheSageCottage Etsy shop features listings offering expanded Key Issue listings, and also Intuitive orders.

For those local to Warren County and Penn/Jersey: We are thinking on adding a Free Library and Produce Cart for those who live and work in the area. We would like to provide soup mixes, teas, fresh flowers, fresh herbs, and potted plants as well. Our street gets much traffic, we would like to make the most of the energy to offer our services!

We are also thinking on hosting classes here at our cottage home, something that is always in the back of our minds as we plan garden layouts. We've creating a welcoming and beautiful environment which calms and heals. May the near future bring gatherings in the gardens!

New in the Etsy shops ✿

We are creating new listings for our smudge sets, to make shopping more simple. Sets may be bought in packs of 10, 15, and 30.

(Please note, we are not offering single smudge bouquet listings at this time. All listings are for sets of ten or more. It's best to stock up, for what's to come. In the future we will offer singles again, in sets with other goodies.)

Ground yourself by placing hands, feet or body on the earth. Look into options for grounding yourself while in bed during sleep

Spend less time online and looking at screens. Spend more time out in nature

Grow something, anything. Start seeds in windows to plant in warm weather.  Food and herbs for meals, teas, and remedies will have more potency and best ability to serve your specific needs if grown out of the soil where you reside and where you interact with plants. If you grow indoors touch your plants often. Plants collect data from you to learn what ails you, then they provide what is necessary for healing!
